Just a 3 minutes walk (350meters)to the blue flag Pernera and katsarka beach, this luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the resort centre, right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a 3 minutes walk to the blue flag Pernera and katsarka beach. Spacious both inside and out, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer. The Nissi Avenue area (100meters from the property) of the resort has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, with the nightlife centre just a few minutes’ walk away. Both Sandy Bay and the famous Nissi Beach are within easy reach.

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, with widescreen 43 inches TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is a separate utility room. There is also a double bedroom and shower with a W/C on this floor. Upstairs, there are a double and a twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and both have access to a balcony. There is a spacious family bathroom.

Outside, the villa has a spacious garden area with a large private pool. On the veranda there is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining. The villa has air-conditioning throughout.
